✔️ 2 nice handfuls of cherry tomatoes
✔️ 3 nectarines
✔️ 8 to 10 slices of raw ham
✔️ Rapeseed or olive oil
✔️ 100 ml balsamic vinegar
✔️ 80 g cane sugar
1. Prepare the balsamic cream: mix the balsamic vinegar and sugar in a pan, bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer and let it simmer for about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it has a creamy texture.
2. Cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters and the nectarines into pieces, shred the raw ham and chop the basil.
3. Mix these ingredients and finish with a drizzle of oil and balsamic cream.
💡 Tips 💡:
✔️ You can store the rest of your balsamic cream in the fridge. If it hardens, reheat it for a few minutes with a little water in a skillet before your next use.
✔️ Depending on your taste, you can accompany this dish with fresh mozzarella or goat cheese and/or a nice slice of quality buttered bread.
