Sweet hummus with hazelnut & chocolate

For a big bowl of hummus:

✔ 150g chickpeas

✔ 200ml of plant milk

✔ 40g of cocoa powder

✔ 20g of hazelnut paste

✔ 4 dates

✔ 20g brown sugar

  1. Let the chickpeas soak in a large bowl filled with water for 12 hours. Rinse them well. Cook them in a pan with a large volume of water for an hour.
  2. Mix the milk and dates together in a blender. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix again.
  3. Use this sweet hummus as a spread or a dip with fruits.

? Tip ?: the hummus can be kept in the refrigerator for 3 days in a tightly closed container.

? Tip 2 ?: Sprinkle with chopped dark chocolate on top of the hummus.
