Red cabbage & apple soup

For 2 people :

✔ 1/2 red cabbage

✔ 2 apples

✔ Salt & Pepper

  1. Chop the red cabbage into strips.
  2. Peel the apples and cut them into pieces.
  3. In a saucepan, cover the apples and the red cabbage with water and bring to a boil.
  4. Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Mix and season to taste.
