Red cabbage & apple soup
For 2 people :
✔ 1/2 red cabbage
✔ 2 apples
✔ Salt & Pepper
- Chop the red cabbage into strips.
- Peel the apples and cut them into pieces.
- In a saucepan, cover the apples and the red cabbage with water and bring to a boil.
- Cook on low heat for 20-25 minutes.
- Mix and season to taste.
