For 4 persons
✔ 2 large zucchini
✔ 1 bunch fresh basil leaves
✔ 50g of pine nuts
✔ 3 cloves of garlic
✔ 125ml of olive oil
✔ 70g parmesan cheese
✔ Pepper and salt
✔ 16 cherry tomatoes
✔ 4 slices of smoked ham
- Prepare the zucchini tagliatelle: using a vegetable peeler or a vegetable spaghetti machine.
- Prepare the pesto: in a blender, mix the basil leaves, cloves of garlic, olive oil, 30g pine nuts, 50g parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
- In a dish, mix the tagliatelle and the pesto. Arrange on the plates and garnish with cherry tomatoes (cut in half), parmesan shavings, smoked ham (in slices) and pine nuts (grilled in a pan).

✔ A vegetarian version of the dish, without smoked ham, is just as delicious!
