For 1 bowl
✔ 1 egg
✔ 1 tbsp mustard
✔ 1 dash of yellow lemon
✔ 1 pinch of salt
✔ 250 ml of rapeseed oil
✔ A long neck blender
✔ A narrow and tall bowl
- In the bowl, pour the broken egg, mustard, lemon and salt. Then add the entire oil.
- Plunge the blender in the bottom of the bowl and start mixing. The mayonnaise will form little by little. Wait a few seconds and then continue mixing slowly, pulling up the blender to the top of the bowl. Mix until the mixture is homogeneous and dense.
