Easy, quick and healthy recipe with 100% organic products from The Barn presented by WESH food 🌾☝🏻

For 2 persons


✔️ 125 g of mushrooms 

✔️ 1/2 onion

✔️ 45g of Emmental

✔️ 30g of oat flakes

✔️ 1 egg

✔️ 2 tbsp of olive oil

✔️ 1/2 garlic glove

✔️ Parsley

✔️ Salt & Pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C.
  2. Slice and cook the onion in a pan with the olive oil.
  3. Slice the mushrooms and add them to the pan with the minced garlic.
  4. Grate the cheese and transfer all the ingredients in a food processor. Mix roughly.
  5. Create the “burger” on a baking paper and bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the burger starts to brown.
