Stuffed butternut

✔️2 Butternut

✔️120g of quinoa

✔️70g of Feta

✔️3 tbsp of olive oil

✔️Fresh thyme

✔️Salt & pepper


  1. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C
  2. Cut the head and empty the first butternut (optional)
  3. Cut the second, remove the seeds and cut the flesh into small pieces
  4. Put the pieces in the oven with 2 tbsp of olive oil and thyme during 30 minutes
  5. Cook the quinoa (1 volume of quinoa for 2 volumes of water)
  6. Cut the feta into small pieces
  7. Mix the cooked butternut, quinoa, feta and thyme all together
  8. Enjoy!


Tips ?:This mix can be eaten in the second and empty butternut, which can be reused to make a soup. ?
