✔ 1 frozen banana
✔ 1,5 tbsp low-fat yoghurt
✔ Dark chocolatechips
- Peel and cut the banana in slices and put in the freezer for at least 8 hours.
- Mix the frozen banana slices with the yoghurt and the chocolatechips.
- Serve in a bowl and enjoy immediately ?
