βœ” 2 carrots

βœ” 2 mushrooms

βœ” 500g ground beef

βœ” 1 zucchini

βœ” 1/2 broccoli

βœ” 1 jar of fresh tomato sauce (700g)

βœ” 3 bay leaves

βœ” 2 tsp herbs of Provence

βœ” Salt and pepper

βœ” Olive oil

βœ” 300g wholegrain spaghetti

βœ” Parsley


  1. Chop the onion and carrots and cook them in a large pan with a little olive oil for a few minutes over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced ​​mushrooms and the beef and cook again for a few minutes.
  3. Add the zucchini and half a broccoli cut into pieces, as well as the tomato sauce, bay leaves, herbs of Provence, salt and pepper and simmer over low heat until all the vegetables are tender and the meat is well cooked.
  4. Cook the spaghetti as indicated on the package.
  5. Serve warm and garnish with a few sprigs of parsley.
