Simple gluten-free chocolate cookies

For 8 big cookies 🍪


✔ 180 g of rice flour

✔ 1 egg

✔ 60 g cane sugar

✔ 65 g butter

✔ 100 g chopped dark chocolate



1. Preheat your oven to 180°C.

2. Mix the rice flour, egg, cane sugar and butter (soft but not melted). Add the dark chocolate and mix again. Shape into small balls, then flatten them and place them on baking paper.

3.  Bake for 15 minutes and let cool.
