Ingredients

MEAT 🍗

Your choice: 300 g of chicken breast OR 300 g of ground beef

Spices of your choice

Salt and pepper

 

Steps

1. If you chose the chicken option: cut the breasts into pieces and chop them in your food processor.

2. Mix together.

VEGETABLES 🍅

Ingredients

For example:

4 shallots

½ bunch of radish

2 stalks of celery

2 carrots

 

Steps

1. Peel the shallots and cut all the vegetables into pieces.

2. Cook the vegetables and the meat (in a steam cooker if you have one).

SAUCE 🥘

Ingredients

40 g organic or farm butter

40 g rice flour

500 ml of broth or farm milk or plant based milk (for a lactose-free version).

Chives

Salt and pepper

 

Steps

1. Mix the butter and flour in a small pan.

2. Add the broth or milk.

3. Leave on the heat for 10 minutes, stirring very regularly until the bechamel thickens.

4. Add salt, pepper and chopped chives.

CRUMBLE 🥄

Ingredients

50 g rice flour

30 g butter

Cheese (optional)

2 tbsp of spices of your choice: powdered coriander, curry, herbes de Provence, rosemary, etc.

Salt and pepper

For an even crispier crumble: add chopped pumpkin or sunflower seeds or oat or spelt flakes.

 

Steps

1.  Mix all the ingredients

Layer the different preparations and grill in the oven, until the crumble is golden brown.
