Salty biscuits


Easy, quick and healthy recipe with 100% organic products from The Barn presented by WESH food 🌾☝🏻

For +/- 15 biscuits 


✔ 200 g of spelt flour
✔ 100 g of fresh goat cheese
✔ 1 dozen sprigs of fresh thyme
✔ 10 cl of olive oil
✔ 1 pinch of salt 



1. Preheat the oven at 180 °.
2. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl
3. Add the cubed cheese, thyme and olive oil.
4. Using your hands, mix everything and then create a ball of dough.
5. Create smaller balls and flatten them on a baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes (or until it’s golden)
6. Cool down and treat yourself 😋
