For 1 bowl
✔ 2 cups of raspberries
✔ 1 cup of water
✔ 3 tablespoons of cane sugar
✔ 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
✔ 2 tablespoon of chia seeds
- Mix all the ingredients except the chia seeds together in a blender.
- Pour the mixture in a container, add the chia seeds and stir with a spoon.
- Let it chill in the fridge for a few hours. The chia seeds will form a gluey texture called “mucilage” when they stay in water. This will give the desired substance to your preparation!
? Tips ?: you can replace the raspberries with any other fruit and adjust the amount of cane sugar and lemon juice to satisfy your sweet tooth. This jam can be kept for 3 to 4 days in the fridge in a tightly closed container.
