Pear and apple thin pie

βœ” 1 short pastry
βœ” 2 pears
βœ” 1 apple
βœ” 20g of slivered almonds
βœ” 2 small lemons
βœ” 50g brown cane sugar
βœ” 2 tablespoons flour
βœ” 2 teaspoons cinnamon


  1. Β Preheat the oven to 150Β°C.
  2. Peel and seed the pears and apple and cut them into thin slices.
  3. Spread the short pastry in a pie dish.
  4. Mix the lemon juice, sugar, flour and cinnamon together.
  5. Brush the fruit slices with this mix, then place them on the pastry (the pears on the sides and the apple in the center).
  6. Sprinkle with flaked almonds.
  7. Fold the edges of the pastry and then brush them as well.
  8. Pour the rest of the mix over the fruits.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes.
