For 6 patties
✔ 50g oats
✔ 100ml of rice milk
✔ A slice of pumpkin
✔ 1 egg
✔ A handful of pumpkin seeds
✔ A handful of sunflower seeds
✔ 2 teaspoons of sesame seeds
✔ Salt and pepper
- Heat the rice milk in a saucepan. Cut the fire, add the oats, mix and let them thicken.
- Grate the slice of pumpkin.
- In the saucepan, add the egg, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, sesame, salt, pepper and the grated pumpkin. Mix everything up together.
- Form little patties out of the mixture and cook them on each sides in a hot oiled pan.
