✔ 280 g oat
✔ 100 g of nuts mix (cashews, hazelnuts, pecans, almonds, etc.)
✔ 40 g of sunflower seeds
✔ 40 g squash seeds
✔ 2 tbsp of olive oil
✔ 6 tbsp of honey
✔ 1/2 tsp cinnamon
✔ 1/4 tsp of salt flower
- Preheat the oven to 180 °C.
- Mix all the ingredients together in an oven dish.
- Bake for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Allow to cool down and store at room temperature in a hermetically sealed container.
