✔️ 250 g flour

✔️ 60 ml rapeseed oil

✔️ 100 ml warm water

✔️ 200 g cooked pumpkin flesh

✔️ 150 ml fresh cream

✔️ 1 red onion

✔️ 75 g sheep cheese

✔️ 10 g pumpkin seeds

✔️ 1 tbsp dried thyme

✔️ Salt and pepper



1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.

2. Prepare the dough: mix the flour and salt, add the oil and water, knead to a smooth dough and place it on a baking sheet covered with baking paper.

3. Mix the cooked pumpkin, cream, salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes and puree.

4. Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices.

5. Spread the pumpkin cream on the dough and add the onions, the crumbled cheese, the pumpkin seeds and the thyme.

6. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
