Easy, quick and healthy recipe with 100% organic products from The Barn presented by WESH food 🌾☝🏻

For 15 balls


✔ 10 dates (pitted)

✔ 100g grated coconut

✔ 50g cashew nuts

✔ 50g oat flakes

✔ 50g of almond paste

✔ 50g of chopped dark chocolate (or chocolate chips)

✔ 80ml water

✔ A pinch of salt


  1. Put all the ingredients, except the chocolate and half of the grated coconut, in a blender and mix everything up.
  2. Pour the mixture in a container, add the chocolate chips and mix with clean hands.
  3. Roll the dough into balls and sprinkle the rest of the coconut on top.

? You can keep these energy balls in a sealed container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
