✔ 60g cashew nuts
✔ 240ml almond milk
✔ 40ml date paste
✔ 80g dark chocolate
✔ a pinch of salt
- Soak the cashew nuts for a few hours in the water then rinse them (in order to give your dessert a creamy firmness and to make the cashew nuts more digest).
- Melt the dark chocolate.
- Mix the ingredients altogether with a blender.
- Pour in small glasses and let the mixture chill for a few hours in the fridge.
