βœ” 60g cashew nuts

βœ” 240ml almond milk

βœ” 40ml date paste

βœ” 80g dark chocolate

βœ” a pinch of salt


  1. Soak the cashew nuts for a few hours in the water then rinse them (in order to give your dessert a creamy firmness and to make the cashew nuts more digest).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate.
  3. Mix the ingredients altogether with a blender.
  4. Pour in small glasses and let the mixture chill for a few hours in the fridge.


? Tips ?: you can sprinkle your cream with dark chocolate chips, crushed nuts, coconut chips, fresh fruit, etc.
