For 4 tacos

Ingredients

✔️ 1/2 cauliflower

✔️ 2 eggs

✔️ 2 tablespoons flour

✔️ 1 teaspoon paprika

✔️ Salt & Pepper

For the topping: 

✔️ Bell peppers

✔️ Avocado

✔️ Salt & Pepper

 

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 190°

2. Mix the cauliflower

3. Add the flour, eggs and season with salt and pepper

4. On a baking sheet, form 4 tacos with this dough

5. Cook in the oven for about 20-25 minutes

6. Add your sliced toppings
