For 1 bottle

Ingredients

✔1 cup of cashew nuts

✔3 cups of water

✔1 or 2 tbsp of date cream

✔1 pinch of Hymalaya salt

 

Steps
  1. Soak the cashews in water for 12 hours and then rinse them
  2. Mix all the ingredients in your blender
  3. It’s ready ! You can keep this milk in a sealed glass bottle in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.

Tips 💡: This milk is ideal to accompany your coffee or your granola. You can also melt dark chocolate and mix it with the milk then put it back in the fridge for a few hours. Result: A delicious chocolate drink perfect for a refreshing snack! —
