Budwig cream

For 1 person


✔ 1 yogurt

✔ 1 banana (or some honey)

✔ 1 tbsp of Colza oil (or flaxseed oil)

✔ 1 tbsp of lemon juice

✔ 1 handful of oilseeds (nuts, hazelnuts, almonds, cashew nuts, etc.)

✔ 1 handful of oatmeal (or other cereal)

✔ 1 handful of blueberries (or other seasonal fruit of your choice)


  1. Blend the yoghurt, banana, oil, lemon and oleaginous all together in a blender
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, sprinkle with oatmeal and add the blueberries (or any other seasonal fruit cut into pieces).

? Story time ?: The Budwig cream was developed in the 1930’s by Johanna Budwig, a German researcher and biologist. It was taken over by Dr. Kousmine a few years later who recommended it to her patients for breakfast. It is the basis of a healthy diet rich in vitamins and trace elements. Her name is famous today thanks to this cream.
