✔ 3 apples
✔ 2 « branches » of rhubarb
✔ Half a lemon juice
✔ 1 tbsp of white almond puree
✔ 2 tbsp of honey
✔ 8 lemon « sablés » biscuits
- Peel the apples and stems of rhubarb and cut them into small pieces.
- Cook the fruits in a saucepan with the lemon juice, almond puree and honey over low heat until the fruits are almost ‘melted’.
- Pour the mixture into two bowls and let it cool down in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
- Add the « sablés » crushed on top when serving.
? Tips ?: For a crispier result, mix the sablés with granola.—
