Easy, quick and healthy recipe with 100% organic products from The Barn presented by WESH food 🌾☝🏻


For 4 persons

🔺 Raw carrot with ricotta and sesamseeds🔺

Ingredients

✔️ 2 large carrots

✔️ 150gr ricotta cheese

✔️ Sesame Seeds

✔️ 1 lemon

✔️ Salt and pepper

 

Steps

1. Peel the carrots.

2. Grill the sesame seeds.

3. Make nice slices, tagliatelle-like, from the carrots

4.  Season the ricotta cheese with salt, pepper and a drizzle of lemon juice.

5. At the bottom of each slice, place half a spoon of seasoned ricotta cheese. Then roll the slice on itself until it forms a small maki (or a snail).

6.  Secure the maki with a toothpick

7. Dip the maki in toasted sesame seeds

8.  Enjoy 😋

 

 

🔺 Apple, cream cheese and nuts 🔺

Ingredients

✔️ 2 apples

✔️ A handful of nuts

✔️ 1 fresh sheep cheese

✔️ Chives

✔️ Pepper

 

Steps

1. Cut the apple into thin slices.

2. Chop the chives.

3. Garnish each slice with a small amount of sheep’s cheese and pepper. 

4. Decorate with a piece of walnut.

5.  Enjoy 😋
