Wok with pointed cabbage

recipe Wok with pointed cabbage

Ingredients

✔1 pointed cabbage 

✔1 large onion 

✔2cm fresh ginger 

✔1 clove of garlic

✔2càs sunflower oil

✔20gr sesame seeds 

✔ 20gr peanuts 

✔ Salt & Pepper

Preparation

  1. Chop and wash the pointed cabbage.
  2. Finely chop the onion.
  3. Peel and chop the ginger and garlic.
  4. In a wok (or frying pan), heat the oil and sweat the onions. Add the garlic and ginger and stir until the onion is translucent.
  5. Add the cabbage and cook over a low heat until tender (don't hesitate to add a little water).
  6. Once the cabbage is cooked, serve and sprinkle with sesame seeds and peanuts.
