Quick and healthy recipe with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

1 person

✔ 1 tin of small oily fish of your choice (sardines, anchovies, etc.)

✔ 1 nice slice of bread (spelt, small spelt, etc.)

✔ A little butter (preferably raw milk)

✔ 250 g mange-tout (bean) or any other vegetable of your choice

✔ A few basil leaves

✔ A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Spread the slice of bread with good butter and place the small oily fish on top.
  2. Cook the beans, blend them in a blender with water (depending on the desired consistency), the basil leaves and a little salt.
