Olive parmesan sunny pie

Quick and healthy recipe with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

1 pie

✔ 2 puff pastries

✔ 20 g Kalamata olives

✔ 20 g parmesan cheese

✔ 20 g dried tomato

✔4 tbsp tomato coulis

✔ 1 egg

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2.  Finely chop the olives, parmesan and sun-dried tomatoes.
  3. Mix them with the tomato coulis and spread the mixture on one of the puff pastries, leaving 2 cm around the edge without any filling.
  4. Moisten the edges, place the second pastry on top and seal the edges with a fork.
  5. Place a glass in the centre of the pastry. Around it, cut into 4, then each quarter into 3, then each piece into 2 to obtain 24 parts.
  6. Mix the egg yolk with 1 tablespoon of water and brush the dough with a brush or with your fingers.
  7. Twist each spoke gently.
  8. Place in the oven for 20 to 25 minutes, then leave to cool on a wire rack to keep the pastry crisp.
