Spaghetti Bolognese

recipe Spaghetti Bolognese

Quick and healthy recipe with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

4 people

✔ 1 onion

✔ 2 carrots

✔ 2 chestnut mushrooms

✔ 500 g ground beef

✔ 1 courgette

✔ 1/2 broccoli

✔ 1 jar of fresh tomato coulis (700g)

✔ 3 bay leaves

✔ 2 tablespoons herbes de Provence

✔ Salt and pepper

✔ Olive oil

✔ 300 g wholemeal spaghetti

✔ Parsley

 

Preparation

  1.  Chop the onion and carrots and cook them in a large frying pan with a little olive oil for a few minutes over medium heat.
  2. Then add the sliced mushrooms and the beef and leave to cook for a few more minutes.
  3. Add the chopped courgette and 1/2 broccoli, tomato coulis, bay leaves, herbes de Provence, salt and pepper and simmer over low heat until all the vegetables are tender and the meat is cooked through.
  4. Cook the spaghetti as indicated on the package.
  5. Serve hot and garnish with a few sprigs of parsley.

Tip: For an even tastier version, add grated cheese or Parmesan cheese.
