Red cabbage and apple soup

recipe for apple and red cabbage soup

Quick and healthy recipe for a savoury cake, with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

2 people

For 2 persons :

✔ 1/2 red cabbage 

✔ 2 apples 

✔ Salt & Pepper

Preparation

  1. Slice the red cabbage into strips.
  2. Peel the apples and cut them into pieces.
  3. In a saucepan, cover the apples and red cabbage with water and bring to the boil.
  4. Leave to cook on a low heat for 20-25 minutes.
  5. Mix and season to taste.
