Slice dates in half & arrange them in a rectangle. Cover with another parchment sheet & roll them flat like you're mad at them (= press firmly 😅).
Mix peanut butter in a jar with a splash of milk of your choice until smooth. Spread over the dates. Pour melted chocolate on top & sprinkle with chopped peanuts for that salty crunch ! ✨
Freeze for 30 mins, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
