Preparation

The day before, mix the chia seeds with 150ml of plant milk and put in the fridge overnight.
Cut the apples into pieces and blend them in a blender with the granola, brown sugar, a pinch of cinnamon and 30ml of plant milk. The texture should be thick enough to support the weight of the chia pudding.
Pour the apple-granola mixture into a glass and top with the chia pudding.
Decorate with the "healthy mix

2 people

✔ 2 Jonagold apples

✔ 180ml plant milk (whichever you prefer 🤗)

✔ 3 tablespoons chia seeds

✔ 3 tablespoons granola

✔ 1 tablespoon brown sugar

✔ 1 pinch of cinnamon

✔ 1 handful of "health mix" (cranberries, white mulberries, goji berries, physalis)
