Easy Mayonnaise

Simplified mayonnaise recipe

Quick and healthy recipe for a savoury cake, with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food 🌾☝🏻

Ingredients

1 jar of mayonnaise

✔ 1 egg

✔ 1 tsp mustard

✔ 1 dash of lemon

✔ 1 pinch of salt

✔ 250 ml rapeseed oil

Material:

✔ A hand blender

✔ A narrow, high container

Preparation

  1. Add the broken egg, mustard, lemon and salt to the bowl. Then add all the oil.
  2. Dip the blender into the bottom of the container and start blending. The mayonnaise will gradually set. Wait a few seconds and then continue to blend, slowly bringing the mixer up to speed. Blend until the whole mixture is smooth and dense.

 

Tip: This homemade mayonnaise is an excellent source of good fats that will perfectly accompany all your barbecues this summer ☀ but also your sandwiches, your aperitifs and your salads all year round!
