Ingredients

1 portion

✔ 175g green lentils
✔ 80g raw courgettes

✔ 30g red onion
✔ 20g of nuts
✔ 15g chives
✔ 3 tablespoons of olive oil
✔ 2 tablespoons cider vinegar

✔ 2 tablespoons lemon juice
✔ Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Cook the lentils and let them cool.
  2.  Mix them with the other ingredients (not too much to keep a certain texture).

 Tip: this hummus can be eaten as a vegetable dip or spread on bread.
