Sweet hummus

sweet hummus recipe

Quick and healthy recipe with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

A big bowl of hummus

✔ 200 ml plant milk

✔ 4 dates

✔ 150 g chickpeas

✔ 40 g cocoa powder

✔ 20 g hazelnut puree

✔ 20 g brown cane sugar

 

Preparation

  1. Place the chickpeas in a large bowl filled with water and leave to soak for 12 hours. Rinse them well. Cook them in a saucepan in a large volume of water for 1 hour.
  2. Blend the plant milk and dates in a blender. Then add the other ingredients and blend again.
  3. Enjoy as an alternative to spreads or as a dip to dip your fruit.

 

Tips : 

  • Hummus can be stored for 3 days in the refrigerator in a tightly closed container.
  • Decorate with chopped dark chocolate just before serving.
