Butternut gratin

recipe for butternut gratin

Quick and healthy recipe with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

4 people

✔ A large butternut

✔ 2 tablespoons honey

✔ 4 tablespoons olive oil

✔ Thyme

✔ Salt and pepper

✔ 2 ripened goat cheeses

✔ 1 handful of crushed nuts

✔ A dozen black olives

✔ Wheat salad

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C.
  2. Dice the butternut and put it in an ovenproof dish. Add the honey, olive oil, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well.
  3. Cut the goat's cheese into strips and arrange them on top.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. Remove from the oven and add the chopped walnuts and pitted black olives to the top of the gratin.
  6. Serve hot with a large handful of wheat salad.
