Golden Latte

golden latte recipe

Quick and healthy recipe for a savoury cake, with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

1 cup

✔ 1/3 teacup cashew nuts

✔ 1 mug of water

✔ 1 tbsp turmeric powder

✔ 1 to 2 tablespoons honey

✔ A pinch of cinnamon

✔ A small pinch of black pepper

Preparation

  1.  Prepare your homemade cashew milk: Soak the cashews for a few hours. Rinse them. Blend them in a blender with the water until you have a milk.
  2. Pour this milk into a pan, add the other ingredients and heat over a low heat. Serve and enjoy hot.

 Tip For ease of use, you can also use unsweetened plant milk (in a carton) of your choice (almond, cashew, coconut, etc.). This milk will taste just as good, but will not be as rich in nutritional quality as homemade plant milk.
