Oatmeal and pumpkin cake

recipe for oatmeal-pumpkin cake

Quick and healthy recipe with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

For 6 patties

✔ 50 g oatmeal

✔ 100 ml rice milk

✔ 1 nice slice of pumpkin

✔ 1 egg

✔ 1 handful of pumpkin seeds

✔ 1 handful of sunflower seeds

✔ 2 tsp sesame seeds

✔ Salt and pepper

 

Preparation

  1. Heat the rice milk in a saucepan. Turn off the heat, add the oats, stir and wait for them to swell.
  2. Grate the slice of pumpkin.
  3. Add the egg, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, sesame seeds, salt, pepper and grated pumpkin to the pan. Mix well.
  4. Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan, take a good tablespoon of the mixture, form it into a patty, cook on one side and then on the other.
