sheep’s cheese-pumpkin flammekueche

Quick and healthy recipe with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

1 Flammekueche

✔️ 250 g flour

✔️ 60 ml rapeseed oil

✔️ 100 ml warm water

✔️ 200 g cooked pumpkin flesh

✔️ 150 ml fresh cream

✔️ 1 red onion

✔️ 75 g sheep's cheese

✔️ 10 g pumpkin seeds

✔️ 1 tsp dried thyme

✔️ Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Prepare the dough: mix the flour and salt, add the oil and water, knead to a smooth dough and place on a baking tray covered with baking paper.
  3. Mix the cooked pumpkin, cream, salt and pepper and simmer for 10 minutes and puree.
  4. Peel the onion and cut it into thin slices.
  5. Spread the cream of pumpkin soup over the pastry and add the onions, crumbled cheese, pumpkin seeds and thyme.
  6. Bake for 10-15 minutes.
