Energy balls

energy balls cocoa recipe

Quick and healthy recipe with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

15 balls

✔ 10 dates (pitted)

✔ 100g coconut powder

✔ 50g cashew nuts

✔ 50g oatmeal

✔ 50g almond puree

✔ 50g chopped dark chocolate (or chocolate pebbles)

✔ 80ml water

✔ 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Put all the ingredients, except the chocolate and half the grated coconut, into the blender and blend.
  2. Pour the mixture into a bowl, add the chopped chocolate and mix with your hands.
  3. Form the dough into balls and roll them in the remaining coconut.

 

Tip: You can store these energy balls in a sealed container in the fridge for 3 to 4 days.
