Beetroot pink dip

1. Squeeze your lemons to extract the juice.
2. Put all the ingredients in a blender and blend.

3. Garnish with a drizzle of olive oil, sesame seeds, and a little crumbled feta.
4. Serve as an appetizer with crackers, carrot sticks, kohlrabi slices, bell peppers, or… your favorite vegetable.
