✔130 g sunflower seeds

✔40 g red onions 

✔2 tablespoons of olive oil 

✔2 tablespoons cider vinegar

✔2 tablespoons lemon juice 

✔1 teaspoon honey (optional)

Preparation

 

  1. Mix all the ingredients in your blender.
  2. Enjoy with crackers, vegetable sticks or on a piece of bread.
