Red lentil dahl

Dahl coral lentils recipe

Quick and healthy recipe with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

2 people

✔ 25 g grated coconut

✔ 150 g of the coconut coral lentil mixture

✔ Half a courgette

✔ 2 large carrots

 

Preparation

  1. Prepare the coconut milk: mix the grated coconut with 125 ml of water in a blender.
  2.  Put 150 g of the coral lentil-coconut mixture, 750 ml of water, half a courgette and the two chopped carrots into a saucepan.
  3. Bring to the boil and then simmer over low heat until the water has been absorbed.
  4. Add the homemade coconut milk and enjoy.
