Vegetable crumble

vegetable crumble recipe

Quick and healthy recipe with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

4 people

✔ 1/2 pumpkin

✔ 3 carrots

✔ 1 courgette

✔ 2 onions

✔ Salt and pepper

✔ 50 g pumpkin seeds

✔ 50 g Emmental cheese

✔ 75 g spelt flour

✔ 2 tablespoons olive oil

 

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 210°.
  2. Cut the vegetables into pieces.
  3. Fry in a little oil for 15-20 minutes (with salt and pepper).
  4. Prepare the crumble: mix the pumpkin seeds and Emmental cheese. Pour into a bowl, add the flour, olive oil and 2 tablespoons of water. Mix with your fingers.
  5. Put the vegetables in an ovenproof dish and the crumble mixture on top.
  6. Bake for 30 minutes.
