Budwig cream

1. In a blender, blend the yoghurt, banana, oil, lemon and oilseeds.
2. Pour into a bowl, sprinkle with oatmeal and add blueberries (or seasonal fruit cut into pieces).

For the record:  Budwig cream was developed in the 1930s by Johanna Budwig, a German researcher and biologist. A few years later it was taken up by Dr. Kousmine, who recommended it to his patients at breakfast as the basis of a diet rich in vitamins and trace elements.
