Chocolate cream

Chocolate cream

Quick and healthy recipe with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

2 people
  • 60 g cashew nuts
  • 240 ml almond milk
  • 40 ml date paste
  • 80 g dark chocolate
  • A pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashew nuts in water for a few hours and then rinse them (to give your dessert a creamy consistency and to make the cashew nuts more digestible).
  2. Melt the dark chocolate.
  3. Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
  4. Pour into small glasses and leave the mixture to harden in the fridge for a few hours.

 

Tips : You can decorate your cream with dark chocolate chips, crushed nuts, coconut shavings, fresh fruit, etc.
