Quick and healthy recipe for a savoury cake, with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

 

Vegan - gluten free - lactose free

Ingredients

10 cookies

✔ 80g rice flour

✔ 80g oatmeal

✔ 50g almond puree

✔ 40g sugar

✔ 120ml rice milk - hazelnut

✔ 20g flaxseed

✔ 1 pinch of salt

✔ 80g chopped pecans

✔ 80g chopped dark chocolate

Preparation

  1. Preheat your oven to 180°.
  2. Blend the oats and flaxseed in your blender to a powder.
  3. Melt the almond puree with the plant milk in a small saucepan. Remove from the heat, allow to cool and then add the oatmeal-flaxseed mix and the other ingredients. Mix well.
  4. Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them on your oven rack covered with baking paper.
  5. Place in the oven for 15-20 minutes, then remove from the oven and leave to cool for about 10 minutes before eating.
