Quick and healthy recipe with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

2 people
  • 125 g mushrooms
  • 1/2 onion
  • 45 g Emmental cheese
  • 30g oatmeal
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1/2 clove of garlic
  • Parsley
  • Salt and pepper

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 220°C.
  2. Chop and cook the onion in a pan with the olive oil.
  3. Chop the mushrooms and add them to the pan with the chopped garlic.
  4. Grate the cheese and transfer all ingredients to a food processor. Blend coarsely.
  5. Create the "burger" on a piece of baking paper and bake for 10-15 minutes, until the burger starts to brown.
