Savoury biscuits with fresh goat's cheese and thyme

savoury biscuit recipe

Quick and healthy recipe with 100% The Barn products suggested by WESH food

Ingredients

4 people
  • 200 g spelt flour
  • 100 g fresh goat cheese
  • 1 dozen sprigs of fresh thyme
  • 10 cl of olive oil
  • 1 pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180°.
  2. Mix the flour and salt in a bowl
  3. Add the cubed cheese, thyme and olive oil.
  4. Mix the dough with your hands and form it into a ball.
  5. Create smaller balls and flatten them on baking paper and bake for about 15 minutes (or until golden brown).
  6. Let cool and enjoy
