Raspberry jam with chia seeds

✔ 2 cups of raspberries

✔ 1 cup of water

✔ 3 tablespoons of cane sugar

✔ 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

✔ 2 tablespoon of chia seeds

  1. Mix all the ingredients except the chia seeds together in a blender.
  2. Pour the mixture in a container, add the chia seeds and stir with a spoon.
  3. Let it chill in the fridge for a few hours. The chia seeds will form a gluey texture called “mucilage” when they stay in water. This will give the desired substance to your preparation!
