Quinoa peach and raspberry dessert

Easy, quick and healthy recipe with 100% organic products from The Barn presented by WESH food 🌾☝🏻


For 8 verrines:
✔️ 100 g quinoa
✔️ 100 g raspberries
✔️ 2 peaches (white, yellow or flat)
✔️ 30 g slivered almonds
✔️ About 30 mint leaves
✔️ 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
✔️ 1 tablespoon of cane sugar

  1. Prepare the quinoa: Soak it for 12 hours and then rinse it well under running water. Place it in a saucepan with 1.5 times its volume of cold water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium for 7-8 minutes, stirring regularly.
  2. Remove from heat and let cool.
  3. Rinse and cut the peaches into pieces.
  4. Chop the mint.
  5. Mix all the ingredients, it’s ready!
